The Woman Excel Conference is dedicated to equipping women with the knowledge, confidence, and networks they need to thrive financially, professionally, and personally.

One of our early landmark gatherings featured influential speakers such as Dr Cindy Trimm; a 21st-century leader who has worked with heads of state, business leaders, and global institutions for over 30 years to empower millions to reach their full potential; Tsitsi Masiyiwa; a renowned philanthropist and social entrepreneur whose work has supported the education of over 40,000 disadvantaged students in Zimbabwe; and Sheree Shereni; a distinguished corporate leader who has led Public Relations and Communications for Coca-Cola across East and Southern Africa.

The event brought together over 2,000 Zimbabwean women, including 150 female inmates, creating a powerful and inclusive space for inspiration, transformation, and hope.

Since then, the Woman Excel Conference has continued to evolve, hosting many more impactful speakers and delivering conferences, breakfast meetings, and empowerment events that uplift and inspire women across communities.
